Well done to Tillie for such an amazing achievement!
Tillie (Year 10) took part in her first British Long Distance Swim event in February and managed to complete 1000 metres (40 lengths) in 60 minutes.

Tillie joined a swimming club just over a year ago to learn to swim. She has made incredible progress in such a short period of time and now hopes to join a Junior Gala Team.

Message to Parents - TFL's Behaviour Code
A reminder that students who use public transport to travel to and from school fail to adhere to TfL’s Behaviour Code the penalty is losing their right to FREE travel. Please remind your child that they are representing Northwood School and you want them to behave for their safety and respect for others.  If you would like more information, please follow the link below.  Thank you for your support.


Car Parking and Cycle Storage
As you are aware Potter Street can become incredibly congested and potentially dangerous at the beginning and end of the school day.  Please be aware of this when you plan on using Potter Street for dropping off or picking up your son or daughter.

To encourage a healthier lifestyle, there are two designated bicycle/scooter sheds which all students are allowed to use on a daily basis. These sheds are not open to the public and are secure to use.  Thank you for your support.

StreetGames Door Step Sport Projects
StreetGames is a national charity dedicated to making sport accessible to young people, establishing 'door step' sport projects. London Mayor’s Schools’ Gold Club
We are very proud to announce that Northwood School has been invited to join the London Mayor’s Schools’ Gold Club 2015 on account of its outstanding results. This is an annual scheme which celebrates and shares the exceptional practice in London’s highest performing schools. Mr Anderson, Headteacher, and Mrs Greening, Chair of Governors, are proud to have been invited to attend an awards ceremony later this month where they will be meeting Boris Johnson, Mayor of London.
